How do after sales orders work?

  3. We assess your device and your problem
  4. Your problem has been resolved as soon as possible

Things you should know

  1. Please erase all your personal data and restore your device to factory settings before giving it to us.

  2. When we receive your device, we will irrevocably remove all your data again.

  3. We will not have any access to personal data on customers' devices.
